• Pesto Spread - $2.00 per person

  Classic pesto and cream cheese are blended together to create a smooth spread with the flavors of basil and pine nuts. Platter comes with crackers to serve.

• Sun-dried Tomato & Olive Spread - $2.00 per person

  Creamy cheese accented with burst of salty olives and rich sun dried tomato. Platter comes with crackers to serve.

• Bruschetta Platter - $3.00 per person

  Garlic baguette toasts are topped with fresh cut tomatoes and strips of basil all gently marinated in balsamic vinegar; an Italian classic.

• Cheese & Fruit Platter - $3.00 per person

  Succulent grapes and crunchy fruit nut toasts surround beautiful artisan cheese.

• Fruit Platter - $3.00 per person

  Only the freshest seasonal fruit displayed for your guests to nibble and enjoy. Great for children and adults alike.

• Antipasto Platter - $3.50 per person

  Salami flowers blooming with creamy cheese and capers, marinated artichoke hearts, and a selection of olives and artisan cheeses. Sure to impress your guests.

• Artichoke Bake - $4.00 per person

  Fresh slices of baguettes are served with artichoke hearts baked in gorgonzola and cream with pieces of proscuito and pine nuts. You’ll have to order two if you want leftovers.

• Garlic Shrimp Platter - $5.00 per person

  Delicate shrimp marinated in a special garlic sauce are presented with fresh slices of baguette. Sure to make any event in to a truly special occasion.

Salads

• Spinach & Strawberry Salad - $5.00 per person

  Fresh baby spinach is dressed up with sweet strawberries and our own homemade candied pecans. Served with our homemade balsamic dressing.

• Sonora Salad - $5.00 per person

  If you have ever been to a class here at What’s For Dinner you will know that this is one of our favorites. Fresh romaine lettuce with baby tomatoes, salty olives, creamy avocado and crisp bacon. Served with our homemade sonoran dressing.

• New Potato Salad - $5.00 per person

  Red new potatoes, diced and tossed with Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, green beans, and gorgonzola. Served with an Italian dressing. This salad is mayonnaise free making this a great dish for the outdoors.

• Asian Chicken Salad - $5.00 per person

  Chopped romaine and baby greens combined with roasted chicken, julienned pea pods and red bell peppers, slivered almonds, green onions, mandarin oranges and crispy fried wonton skins. Our homemade dressing puts the finishing touch on this Asian inspired winner.

• Mediterranean Chop Salad - $5.00 per person

  Fresh basil, diced tomatoes, salty olives, slices of salami, garbanzo beans and mozzarella and parmesan cheese tossed in our homemade dressing are sure to bring you to the Mediterranean coast.

Main Courses

• Lemon, Garlic & Artichoke Chicken - $15.00 per person

  Lean chicken breasts lightly browned and baked with artichoke hearts in our lemon and garlic sauce.

  Side dishes include our famous mashed potato soufflé, fresh steamed green beans sautéed in macadamia nut butter and your choice of one salad.

  The vegetarian option for this entrée is our succulent roasted eggplant topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese and finished with our homemade marinara sauce.

• Lasagna Cacciatore - $15.00 per person

  Roasted chicken, sautéed mushrooms, mozzarella, ricotta and parmesan are layered between fresh sheets of pasta and topped with our homemade marinara sauce.

  Our lasagna comes with complimentary roasted garlic bread and your choice of one salad.

  The vegetarian option for this entrée is roasted vegetable lasagna.

• Teriyaki Tri Tip with Blue Cheese Butter - $15.00 per person

  Our teriyaki tri tip comes pre-marinated for your grilling or roasting pleasure and blue cheese butter adds just the right compliment to the teriyaki marinade.

  Side dishes include our roasted sesame asparagus and your choice of one salad.

• Lemon Tart - $20.00

  The perfect tart for summer, topped with your choice of raspberries or blueberries. Serves 6 to 8.

• Bourbon Pecan Tart - $20.00

  Bourbon, chocolate and pecans is lavish but a beautiful finishing chocolate drizzled sends this tart over the top. Serves 6 to 8.

• Caramel Walnut Tart - $20.00

  For those of you wanting something other than chocolate, try our caramel and walnut tart. Serves 6 to 8.

• Flourless Chocolate Tart - $25.00

  Decadent. That’s all that needs to be said about this rich flourless tart drizzled with raspberry sauce. Serves 6 to 8.

• Triple Berry Cheesecake - $25.00

  Our cheesecake is much lighter than the classic but we like to think it’s even better. How could it not be with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries? Serves 8.

• Strawberry Cloud Cake - $20.00

  Another class favorite and great for a light summer dessert. Angel food cake is layered with whipped custard and topped with sugared strawberries. Everyone with be back for seconds. Serves 8.

• Cookie Platter with Chocolate Dipped Strawberries - $5.00 per person

  Our sinfully delicious killer fudge cookies arranged with fresh chocolate dipped strawberries. Adults will enjoy this platter just as much as the kids do.
